Boost Your Health is a weekly programme of fitness and health classes delivered by Milnbank Housing Association's Sports Hub. The classes taking place at the Sports Hub aim to help you feel supported physically and mentally.
Over the last year we have connected with local fitness and health instructors who care about your needs to create a weekly directory of activities. We have health walks, various fitness classes and yoga. All of these coaches understand and recognise fears and anxieties over getting started or back into training so trust us when we say you're in safe, welcoming hands!
