Since opening the Sports Hub in July 2020 we have offered a safe space in the heart of the community for fitness and health coaches to take their classes.

Information on their classes including prices and times can be found below: 

 

Instant Impact Fitness with Stuart Hamilton:

Bootcamp: Monday & Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm 

Bootcamp: Saturday 9am - 9.45am and 10am - 10.45am

Fitness classes with Mike McRobbie: 

Various times working 1 on 1 with clients. 

Early Morning 1,2,3,4 SESS with Mike: 7.15am to 8.15am on Tuesday & Thursdays.

Tabata Training with Mike: 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Wednesdays
